Refresh services allow you to quickly and easily upgrade your property, model, and amenity spaces. By adding items specifically selected for multi-family and student housing properties from our Stellar B2B Collection, you can supplement your space while restyling the furniture and accessories you already have.

By procuring new furniture, art, and accessories, you can easily update and freshen up your space. Refresh services are typically work best for model units or individual amenity spaces. For larger projects such as a clubhouse renovation, please contact SPI.

SPI Full Projects

If your project budget is above $25,000, this option is for you! These projects are typically large renovations of amenity spaces or a completely new build. We will include schematic and conceptual design, space planning, construction documents, finish selections, lighting plans, electrical plans, interior elevations and sections, and construction administration as needed per the project’s requirements.
