Extensive Amenities & Nature-Inspired Design for a Fresh Experience in CA
This new student housing property was installed in the summer of 2021. There are 130 units and 706 beds on site. This project is a certified LEED Gold rating as a sustainable property and offers the largest amenity package of any student housing community in the Davis market. The design aesthetic focuses on nature and sustainability while incorporating a lot of light, natural colors and materials, and varying textures for a youthful, fresh California feel.
